The Helichrysum italicum, commonly known as Curry Plant or Curry Herb, is an aromatic evergreen subshrub valued for its silver-grey foliage and warm curry-like fragrance. It is especially attractive in sunny gardens, herb beds, borders, and decorative containers.
- Appearance: Features narrow, soft, silver-grey leaves on compact woody stems and produces clusters of small golden-yellow flowers above the foliage.
